Newoak Contracting began in 2013 to address a gap in the market: telco builds delayed by contractors without an understanding of how civil work connects to the overall project. With over 25 years in construction, Sam Nurse built a team that could deliver the full scope without compromise.
We have completed over 700 communication structures by being fast when it counts, accurate in execution, and structured in sequencing. Our focus is on coordination, not chaos — ensuring that deadlines are met and builds proceed without disruption.
